How do I edit or delete a ticket?
Open the ticket from All tickets and tap ⋯ in the top bar. Edit is the first entry. Delete ticket… is the last one, in red.
Everything in that menu
- Edit: reopens the ticket in the flow you built it in.
- Edit ticket mood… only appears on a ticket that already carries a mood.
- Export… is where you save it, send it or post it. See “How do I save a ticket to my Camera Roll?”.
- Add to a Memory… appears only once you have a Memory to add it to.
- Delete ticket…
Editing
- Tap ⋯ → Edit. The flow opens on the details step, already filled in.
- Change what you like: the details, the colours, the finish.
- Tap Edit Ticket on the last step before the preview.
- Tap Done.
The change lands everywhere at once: the gallery, every Memory the ticket is in, the widget and the sticker. Nothing is duplicated. It is the same ticket, redrawn.
The back arrow goes further back than the details step: to the orientation, the design and the category. Switching to a different design there means typing the details in again, because the fields belong to the design. “Which designs come with each category?” explains why.
Deleting
- Tap ⋯ → Delete ticket….
- Read the warning: “This removes it from your gallery, and from every memory it’s part of. It can’t be brought back.”
- Tap Delete ticket to confirm, or Keep ticket to back out.
Deleting is permanent. There is no bin to fish a ticket out of. A journey with several legs goes as one: every leg is deleted together, and a single leg can’t be removed on its own.
On a free account, deleting a ticket frees a slot. “How many Memories can I have?” has the numbers for tickets as well as Memories.
Taking a ticket out of a Memory instead
That is a different action, and it deletes nothing. Scroll the ticket’s screen down to ASSOCIATED MEMORIES, swipe the Memory’s row to the left, tap Remove, then confirm with Remove from memory. The link goes, the ticket stays, and you can add it back whenever you like.
