Can I import a ticket from a screenshot?
Yes. The ticket may already be a picture on your phone: a screenshot of a booking, a pass someone sent you, a confirmation email. In that case you don’t need to type it out. Lumoria reads it and fills in what it finds.
From a picture already on your phone
- Open the Tickets tab and tap the + button.
- Choose Import a ticket.
- Choose Photo or screenshot.
- Pick the picture. Lumoria reads it there and then, and you’ll see it on screen while it works.
- Check what it found, fill in anything it left blank, then pick a style and create the ticket.
From an email, a PDF or Messages
Wherever the ticket is, use the share button and pick Lumoria. That works from Mail, Messages, Files, Safari and Photos. It’s the same read either way. The only difference is where you start.
Sharing from another app doesn’t always bring you back to Lumoria. iOS stops apps doing that. If you’re left looking at the share screen, open Lumoria yourself: what you shared is waiting, and it’s still waiting tomorrow if you don’t get to it today.
What it fills in, and what it leaves blank
Lumoria fills in a field only when it’s sure of it. Anything it isn’t sure of it leaves blank rather than guessing, because a blank costs you a moment of typing and a wrong value you don’t notice costs you the whole ticket. So a form with gaps in it isn’t a failure. It’s the app being honest about what it could actually read.
Nothing is ever created without you seeing it first. The read always stops at a form you check, and no ticket appears in your gallery that you didn’t choose to make.
