How do I bring in a ticket from the website?
You built a ticket on getlumoria.app and now you want it on your phone. The last screen there gives you an 8-digit code. That code is what moves the ticket over. In the app, open the Tickets tab, tap +, choose Import from Web and type the code in.
Step by step
- Build your ticket on getlumoria.app and go through to the last screen.
- Copy the 8-digit code shown under “or use the following code”.
- In the app, open the Tickets tab, tap + and choose Import from Web.
- Type the code and tap Continue.
- It prints exactly as you designed it, photo and all, and lands in All tickets.
The code lasts one hour and works once. If it has gone stale you’ll see “That code is invalid or has expired”. Go back to the builder and take a fresh one.
What the web builder does differently
- Three tickets a day. The website caps it; the app doesn’t.
- No account needed to build one. You do need the app to keep it.
- Early Adopter designs are free to preview there. Importing one still needs a seat. See “What’s included with an Early Adopter seat?”.
- Three designs are app-only, and the web builder doesn’t offer them: Concert, Eurovision and Lollapalooza.
If you never want the app
The last screen also offers the ticket as a PNG, as a ZIP, or as a print-ready PDF sheet with margins and crop marks. Take one of those and you’re done. The code is only for getting the ticket into Lumoria.
