Can I put a photo on a ticket?

On five designs, yes. Those five are built around a photo rather than decorated with one, so the photo is required: you can’t move past the details step without it. The other designs don’t take one at all.

How it works

1. Pick one of those designs and fill in the details as usual.
2. Tap Add photo and choose one from your library.
3. Crop it in the sheet that opens, then let the upload finish. The Next button waits for it.
4. On the style step, the Background row offers the three colours Lumoria pulled out of your photo, plus black, white and a colour wheel.

Picking one of those background colours also flips the ticket’s text between light and dark, so it stays readable against whatever you chose.

What about the other designs?

They don’t take a photo. Lumiere fetches the film’s own poster from the title you type, and Eurovision styles itself with the artwork of the country you’re supporting. Neither asks you for an image. “Which designs come with each category?” marks the five that do.

Ticket photos are encrypted before they leave your phone. Encrypted means scrambled, so the file can’t be read without the key. They stay that way in storage, like your profile picture. If you build the ticket in the browser instead, the photo is encrypted there, and your import code is what unlocks it. “How do I bring in a ticket from the website?” explains that code.
